Regeneron Pharmaceuticals reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $5.12 billion, up 36% from $3.75 billion a year earlier, in its results release on Friday, 30 October. Net income under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) was $1.95 billion, or $18.45 a diluted share, up 35% per share. Non-GAAP earnings, a company measure that leaves out items such as stock-based pay, were $20.07 a share, up 70%.
Collaboration revenue from Sanofi rose 68% to $2.72 billion. Regeneron said this reflected a higher share of profits from the antibodies the two companies sell together, led by Dupixent, and the full repayment of a development balance by the end of the second quarter, which had previously reduced that revenue. Dupixent global net sales, which Sanofi records, rose 35% to $6.5 billion.
Among the products Regeneron sells itself, U.S. net sales of the eye drug EYLEA HD rose 62% to $699 million, while U.S. sales of the original EYLEA fell 41% to $400 million. Global Libtayo sales rose 51% to $550 million. The company said it had expanded its Sanofi collaboration to add several new antibodies, with a $1.0 billion up-front payment to be recognised as revenue in the fourth quarter and up to $7.0 billion more in possible milestone payments. It also declared a dividend of $0.94 a share, payable on 3 December to holders of record on 20 November.
Regeneron shares rose 13.33% to close at $927.89 on Friday, a 52-week high, Investing.com reported. Chief financial officer Christopher Fenimore said in the release that the company was positioned "to deliver one of our strongest years ever". That is the company's own view.
