You may not copy articles for commercial republication, present our wording as your own, or interfere with the site. Quotes from sources remain the property of their publishers. Public records and government pages keep their own status.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply the law of another state. Courts located in the State of Florida are the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these terms or use of the site, to the extent Florida law allows the parties to agree to that venue.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you do not agree to the new version, stop using the site. Questions go through the contact form. We do not publish a street address.
