Privacy

Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates FiscalHour. FiscalHour is a trade name of Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. This policy describes how the site handles information. It is our description of our practices, not a legal opinion.

What we collect

The site does not ask you to create an account and does not run a checkout. We do not sell personal information.

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent through FormSubmit and emailed to the site owner only so we can respond. We do not sell that information. Do not send sensitive documents we did not ask for.

Hosting

The site is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub, as the host, may process technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, under the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Analytics

When a Cloudflare Web Analytics token is set in the site configuration, each page loads a cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon as the last script on the page. That beacon measures visits without a cookie and without an advertising tracker. Until a token is set, the beacon is omitted. Cloudflare describes the product in its Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.

Advertising

Advertising is off until a Google AdSense publisher id is set in the site configuration. Until then, pages do not load the AdSense script, do not request ads, and ads.txt is a placeholder comment. The advertising disclosure says the same thing.

When a publisher id is set, pages may load Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads. Google describes that use in How Google uses cookies in advertising. Visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland see a consent choice through Google’s Privacy & messaging tools. This site does not add a separate consent-banner script.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Florida law

Where the Florida Information Protection Act, section 501.171, Florida Statutes, applies to personal information we actually hold, we follow that statute, including its security and breach-notice duties. Because we do not run accounts or a checkout, the personal information we hold is generally limited to messages you choose to send us.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. Questions go through the contact form. We do not publish a street address.
