Sources & Ethics

These are the publishing rules. They are our own standards, not legal advice, not investment advice, and not a promise about any particular dispute. The disclaimer says what the reporting is not. Corrections says how to fix a fact.

Sources

Every factual claim in a published article cites a named, linkable source in the sentence it supports. Prefer a primary document: a filing, a regulator, a court, a statistical agency, or the company page that made the statement. A reputable wire is acceptable when it is the account of the fact. The sources list at the bottom repeats those pages with a title, a URL, a publisher, and a date.

We do not invent quotes, numbers, prices, dates, or events. If a figure is not in a source, it stays out. Wording is our own. A quote from a source is brief, and it is attributed.

Company announcements and press releases are reported as the company’s own statements (“X says,” “according to X”). A claim counts as independently verified only when a source other than the company confirms it. Articles say which is which.

People and companies

We do not state or imply that a named person or company did something wrong unless an authoritative source says so. When that source says so, the article attributes it, with words such as “according to” or “alleged,” and it links the source. We do not speculate about a person’s motive, health, finances, or private conduct. When a passage is in doubt, we leave it out.

Opinion, analysis, and speculation

News is sourced fact. Opinion, analysis, and speculation are labeled at the top of the article. A label is not a substitute for the sources under the facts inside the piece.

Images

Images on the site are AI-generated photorealistic illustrations of the subject. They do not depict real identifiable people or actual news events, and they do not carry a visible AI caption. That disclosure is the disclaimer section “AI-generated imagery.” The alt text describes the picture. A third-party press photo is separately credited, kept small, and used as fair use, with its source and licence on the article. It is not a stock-agency file.

Not investment advice

Articles are not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. They do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security, commodity, token, or other asset, and they do not publish price predictions or price targets. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of an outcome. Each article carries a short notice that links to the disclaimer.

Corrections and contact

A published article shows a Last updated date. That date is updatedAt in the file, and it is dateModified in the page’s structured data. Send a correction through the contact page. We do not publish a street address.
