House of Doge Inc., which trades on Nasdaq as HODO, said on Oct. 23 that it has agreed to acquire the tokenization platform and credit assets of McQueen Labs Inc. The announcement is the company’s, in a release posted on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s EDGAR system. The company said transaction terms, and the expected launch timing for products it calls tokenized yield vaults, have not been disclosed.
The release says Curt Hopkins, chief executive of McQueen Labs, will be appointed interim chief executive and interim chief financial officer of House of Doge. It says the company anticipates making the chief executive appointment permanent after closing, and that it will search for a chief financial officer. It also says Marco Margiotta, chief executive, and Charles Park, chief financial officer, resigned effective Oct. 22, 2026.
House of Doge said it is examining financing alternatives and expects to file a proxy statement that will ask stockholders to approve a reverse split of the common stock. Those are plans the company described. The release’s cautionary section says the acquisition may not close, and that a rebrand, a share consolidation and product launches may be delayed or dropped.
The company described the vaults as blockchain products meant to accept tokenized credit assets as collateral. It said McQueen Labs, through a platform called MCQ Markets, built tools for fractional ownership of collector cars, private credit and other assets, and that House of Doge plans to use that infrastructure. A quote in the release from chairman Sarosh Mistry calls the deal “an important step.” A quote from Hopkins says investors are seeking higher yields and that tokenized private credit is “an enormous market opportunity.” Both lines are the speakers’ claims, as printed by the company.
The release says a tokenized real-world-asset market reached approximately $51 billion and grew 42% year to date, with private credit at roughly 44%, and it attributes those figures to Bernstein Research data reported by Cointelegraph in May 2026. This article has not checked Bernstein or Cointelegraph, so those market figures are the company’s citation, not a number established here.
The release says the company is building around tokenized investments, digital finance and interests in professional sports franchises. It also warns readers not to rely on the forward-looking statements, and says there can be no assurance that any yield-oriented product will produce positive returns. Nothing in this article is a suggestion to buy or sell HODO or any token.
